• Signed, stamped and dated Form C covering period 2 (01.05.09 – 30.04.10) – 2 originals
• Signed, stamped and dated Form C covering period 1 adjustments (if applicable) – 2 originals
• Signed, stamped and dated by the auditor (on each page) the Certificate on the Financial Statement including the Terms of reference signed by both the auditor and the beneficiary – 2 originals of both documents (only required if 375k EUR threshold was exceeded)
