EGEE II started on 1 April 2006 and the new EGEE website can be found at:

HEALTHGRID
The HealthGrid Association goals include: contributing to the structuring of the European Research Area for health, by, for example, favouring the use of grid technologies; offering active support and guidelines for the extension of the association's members contribution to society; supplying information and other services relevant to the members of the association; encouraging cooperation between the members of the association, notably in the creation of effective networks of collaboration; and creating partnerships of benefit to both higher education and scientific research in the field of the health in its broadest sense, both within Europe and in the rest of the world.
The HealthGrid Association will promote EGEE in health and participate in the deployment of Grid biomedical applications.
