IMEC
The Interuniversitair Micro-Elektronica Centrum is Europe's leading independent research centre in the field of microelectronics, nanotechnology, enabling design methods and technologies for ICT systems.
IMEC also participates in Europractice IC Services (low-cost easy access to ASIC design, prototype and small volume fabrication); DSP Valley (region of excellence in DSP systems design); and Leuven.Inc (The Leuven Innovation Networking Cycle).
IMEC will bring to EGEE its expertise in QoS networks and has much experience of working on previous similar projects. IMEC will focus on network monitoring related to Grid operations.
