EGEE II started on 1 April 2006 and the new EGEE website can be found at:

INAF
The Instituto Nazionale Di Astrofisica (INAF) is a large Italian public institution that performs scientific and technological research in the fields of astronomy, radio-astronomy, space astrophysics and cosmo-physics.
INAF coordinates research activities through a network of 12 Italian astronomical observatories, and promotes the diffusion of astronomy in schools and in society.
For EGEE, INAF will migrate in conjunction with INFN, astro-science applications to the Grid.
