***Last call for registrations for the EGEE'08 Conference***
Online registration closes tomorrow, 19th September at midnight.
Registrations will be accepted from Sunday 21st September onsite at the registration desk from 1pm.
Registration fee:
You can register for 1 day (140 euro), 2 days (280 euro) or for the full week. Please note that for 3 or more days, the full week (5 days) fee will be charged.
- Full week early bird registration (until 20 July): 375 euro
- Full week late registration (from 21 July to 21 September): 475 euro
- Full week onsite registration: 550 euro
Please note that the FULL WEEK registration fee for EGEE'08 includes:
- Participation in whole conference programme
- Entrance to the exhibition
- Conference material
- Lunches
- Morning and afternoon coffees
- Welcome Cocktail on Monday, 22 September
- Gala-Dinner on Wednesday, 24 September
The list of registered delegates is automatically updated as soon as someone registers. Please let us know if you cannot find your name on that list!
Registration desk
As the main organiser of EGEE'08, the team from Visitur Tourism and Travel Inc. will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have at the Registration Desk.

22 September 2008, Monday 07.30 - 20.00
23 September 2008, Tuesday 08.00 - 19.30
24 September 2008, Wednesday 08.00 - 19.30
25 September 2008, Thursday 08.00 - 19.30
26 September 2008, Friday 08.00 - 14.00
When you first register, you will receive a badge, which we request that you wear at all times. It entitles you to take part in the Welcome and Demo Drink, the sessions, coffee and refreshments during breaks and lunches.
